Egoera hori eragiten duten arrazoien artean hauek nabarmentzen dira: estereotipo faltsuak, hala nola adimen-desgaitasuna duten pertsonak ez direla lan egiteko gai; pertsona horietako gehienentzat, oraingoz, ezinezkoak diren sartzeko baldintzak eta titulazioak; eta irisgarritasun kognitibo falta deialdietan, gai-zerrendetan, probetan eta espazioetan.<\/p>\n
